Wood Policy Paper Now Available in Finnish!
The European Wood Policy Platform (WoodPoP) has published the Finnish translation of its Wood Policy Paper, “A Wood-Based Circular Bioeconomy For A Sustainable Europe: Green Construction and Innovative Wood Solutions”. This release supports broader accessibility and understanding of the shared vision for wood’s role in Europe’s transition to a circular bioeconomy.
Finland has long been recognised as a global leader in forest-based bioeconomy and timber innovation. This translation may help deepen collaboration and ensure that interested Finnish stakeholders along the wood-based value chain can fully engage with the ideas shaping Europe’s transition to a circular bioeconomy.
WoodPoP gratefully acknowledges the collaboration of the Ministry of Environment of Finland and their working group, whose involvement helped ensure the accessibility of the Policy Paper to Finnish-speaking audiences.
We invite all interested stakeholders to explore the Finnish translation of the Wood Policy Paper and join us in shaping a Europe where wood-based building solutions play a strong role towards its transformation to a just, clean, and competitive future.
