Wood Policy Paper Now Available in Portuguese

As the global community prepares for COP30 in Belém, Brazil, the European Wood Policy Platform (WoodPoP) is pleased to announce the release of the Portuguese version of the WoodPoP Strategy Paper entitled “Uma Bioeconomia Circular de Base Madeireira para uma Europa Sustentável.” The document outlines a shared vision for advancing a circular, wood-based bioeconomy across the Pan-European region, with a particular focus on sustainable construction, skills development, and public awareness.

By making the Strategy Paper accessible to Portuguese-speaking audiences, WoodPoP aims to strengthen international dialogue on wood-based solutions for a clean, just, and competitive Europe, while connecting European ambitions with global forest and climate goals.
