Wood Policy Paper Now Available in Italian
The European Wood Policy Platform (WoodPoP) has released the Italian translation of its Wood Policy Paper, “A Wood-Based Circular Bioeconomy For A Sustainable Europe: Green Construction and Innovative Wood Solutions”. This reinforces WoodPoP’s ongoing commitment to multilingual accessibility and inclusive dialogue on strengthening the role of wood and the wood-based value chain towards a clean, just, and competitive transformation into a circular bioeconomy in Europe.
This Italian version of the Policy Paper engages and enables Italian stakeholders to explore strategies that highlight the important role of the sustainable resource wood as a key driver towards circularity, innovation and in achieving a carbon-neutral and climate-positive society. By making the document available in Italian, WoodPoP strengthens its outreach to one of Europe’s most forest-rich and wood-active countries.
This achievement was made possible through the support of the FederlegnoArredo, Cluster Italia Foresta Legno and the University of Tuscia (Viterbo) whose involvement highlights the importance of national-level engagement in the European wood policy conversation.
WoodPoP invites interested Italian stakeholders to access the Wood Policy Paper online and find helpful context in understanding and aligning with broader European approaches to sustainable wood use.
