Event Language: English

Europe’s construction sector is being reshaped by rising housing demand, ambitious climate targets and new requirements for resource efficiency and circularity. According to the European Housing Alliance, Europe needs more than two million new homes a year by 2035 – around 5,000 a day, with an estimated €150 billion in annual investment.

What role can modern timber construction play? How can new technologies, digital planning and circular concepts accelerate the shift to climate-neutral buildings?

Join leading voices from industry, planning, research, public authorities and policymaking for international keynotes, case studies and discussion.
